Talon Establishes New Division Headed by Philip Bartfield
”Talon Search” Reflects Growth and Sharpened Focus on a Specific Line of Service

Princeton, NJ (February 1, 2011) – Talon Professional Services, LLC, a staffing firm that finds and delivers talent to a demanding and selective client base, today announced the creation of a new division,  Talon Search, dedicated specifically to providing the best candidates to fill full-time positions.

The new division will be headed by Philip Bartfield, a veteran of staffing in the information technology sector with a deep understanding of the search market.

According to Dan Reynolds, Talon’s CEO and founder, Talon Search, is a well-timed expansion. “We’re seeing the early signs of an improving economy and it’s in our best interest to be positioned to benefit from what we see on the horizon,” he said. “In Philip Bartfield, we bring in a very capable leader with a record and a name we will be able to leverage with our existing and prospective clients.”

The agreement with Mr. Bartfield and the formation of a new division concentrating solely on requirements for specialized talent to assume full-time positions are not only a response to market signals, but a milestone in Talon’s development, Mr. Reynolds said. “We have been recognized several times since our founding for the pace of our growth, and we are very pleased now to apply the Talon name to a unit of our company that will be specially focused on a line of service of increasing importance to our clients and us.”
