The Brokers Group and ZI Solutions LLC Merge

Princeton, NJ (July 1, 2008) - The Brokers Group, a leading technology and clinical trial staffing solutions firm, announced today that it has merged with ZI Solutions LLC, another Princeton-based provider of IT consulting services.

According to Dan Reynolds, founder of The Brokers Group and CEO of the merged entity, the move had an inevitable quality to it as his discussions with his ZI counterpart, Brian Zecher, progressed. "We came to believe strongly in the opportunities we could develop by bringing our resources together to focus first on our combined client bases and then to nurture new clients," he said. "Eventually, it was just a matter of due diligence and hammering out the details."

Mr. Zecher, who now assumes the post of president of The Brokers Group said, "Knowing that this is the right strategic move for the two companies takes some of the edge off of retiring the ZI name. There's a fine executive team here with a proven record of performance. The sales and recruiting staff is lively and tremendously engaged, just what we need to meet the volume of requirements the market is looking to fill. For our part, we fully expect to bring ZI's legacy of expertise in custom software development into the mix to help drive growth."

Joe Kelly will continue in his role at The Brokers Group as COO; Larry Lee continues as CFO.
