401(k) Plan
Talon offers a 401(k) plan. Each employee is able to elect deferrals up to IRS annual contribution limits (there is no employer matching). 100% of employee contributions and earnings are vested immediately and all funds are valued daily. The employee is provided with a toll-free number and pin number, as well as Web access to check account balances and transfer funds. Quarterly statements are mailed to the home and quarterly loans and hardship withdrawals are an option.
