Dan Reynolds
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dan Reynolds is an industry visionary and entrepreneur, recognized for his determination to build a world-class talent solutions organization by establishing uncompromising standards of service and performance excellence. In 2006 and 2007 Dan was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year^® in New Jersey and in 2006 he was named to the NJBIZ's top 40 under 40 list.

As the CEO and Founder of Talon, Dan has led Talon through a decade of strong, consistent growth since its inception in 2001. A driven leader, he oversees all business strategy and execution while guiding business development efforts and maintaining close, personal contact with Talon clients and partners.

Dan is a founding member of the Princeton chapter of Vistage, the world's largest CEO member organization. As an active member of the community, he participates in a number of charitable events throughout the year.

Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.

Brian I. Zecher

President

Brian I. Zecher has been the president of Talon since 2008, assuming the role upon the merger of ZI Solutions LLC, an IT consulting company, and Talon. As part of Talon's executive leadership, he oversees the company's financial operations, and is responsible for investigating and developing strategic alliances that can contribute to Talon's growth and strengthen service offerings to clients.

A seasoned business executive, Brian has a background of 35 years in IT and consulting. His career began in 1974 at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he worked for nine years on sophisticated data management systems.

In 1983, Brian established his own IT professional services consulting company, which he subsequently merged with Regal Data Systems in 1985. As executive vice president at Regal, he oversaw all day-to-day operations and led the company to $27 million in revenue over the next 10 years. In 1996, COREStaff acquired Regal, making Brian vice president of the Northeast Division of Metamor Information Technology Services.

In 2003, Brian founded ZI Solutions LLC and presided over its successful growth for four years. As the company approached its fifth birthday, an exciting new opportunity arose to join forces with Talon. A merger soon followed.

Brian obtained his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York, Queens College, and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Joe Kelly

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Joe Kelly is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Talon's sales and delivery arms while honoring the firm's commitment to helping its staff, consultants and clients reach their goals. Joe is an industry veteran with nearly 20 years of operational staffing experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. He has repeatedly been recognized across the industry for his results-oriented management and leadership skills.

Joe brings rich industry experience to Talon. He was most recently Senior Program Manager for Kelly Vendor Management Solutions where he was chiefly responsible for streamlining Johnson & Johnson's award winning JJ PRO VMS program. Under Joe's direction, the program expanded from one deployed operating company to 11 in one year. Prior to that role, Joe was an integral member of the senior team as an Associate Vice President at Pomerantz Staffing Services (now CoWorx Staffing Services). At Pomerantz, Joe managed operations across multiple regions and functional areas, and played an instrumental role in enhancing the company's capabilities and driving its growth.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Rider University.

Kenneth B. Zeigler

Managing Director, Executive Search

Kenneth B. Zeigler spearheads Talon's rapidly growing Executive Search practice. As Managing Director of Talon Executive Search and a long-time senior executive with 30 years of industry experience, Kenneth is building a top-notch senior executive recruitment organization able to expertly place remarkable and highly successful professionals into essential leadership roles.

Prior to joining Talon, Kenneth was President of his own firm, Zeigler Executive Search LLC in Princeton NJ, which focused on recruitment in the financial services and consumer products industries. He also served as a Partner at Ingram, Aydelotte & Zeigler in New York City from January 2000 until October 2002. His list of corporate leadership roles includes the Chief Human Resources Officer position for Brunswick Corporation, a $5B global manufacturer and marketer of outdoor/indoor recreation equipment. Kenneth also held a series of senior executive roles at worldwide insurance firm, The Continental Corporation. Those positions included President of Marine & International Group; President of Continental International; Vice Chairman of the International Insurance Council; and Senior Vice President of The Continental Corporation responsible for human resources, real estate and administrative support services.

Kenneth is a graduate of Grove City College and has completed executive education programs at both Harvard Business School and the Ashridge Institute in the United Kingdom.

Philip Bartfield

Managing Director, Talon Search

As the Managing Director of Talon Search, Philip Bartfield brings nearly two decades of experience to his role identifying the best talent for the clients he serves.

Previous to joining Talon, Philip founded and led a successful placement firm for IT professionals in the tri-state area for eight years. During this time, he earned the status of Preferred Member of the Top Echelon Network of Recruiters. Prior to that role, Philip worked at Kforce Professional Staffing for ten years, where he was recognized as a consistent top producer, placing over 300 industry professionals.

Philip is a member of the Board of Trustees for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mercer County, a volunteer organization that acts on behalf of abused and neglected children.
