Dan Reynolds is an industry visionary and entrepreneur, recognized for his determination to build a world-class talent solutions organization by establishing uncompromising standards of service and performance excellence. In 2006 and 2007 Dan was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® in New Jersey and in 2006 he was named to the NJBIZ’s top 40 under 40 list.
As the CEO and Founder of Talon, Dan has led Talon through consistent growth since its inception in 2001. A driven leader, he oversees all business strategy and execution while guiding his leadership team to reach new heights. He has also led his Talon team to make the prestigious INC 500/5000 list 7 times as well as being top ranked by Clearly Rated’s Best Of Staffing for Client, Talent and Employee Satisfaction.
Dan is an active member of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Growth Advisory Board as well as TechServe Alliance, the association dedicated to the IT staffing and solutions industry.
Dan graduated from Rutgers University, College of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

Joe is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of operational staffing experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. He has repeatedly been recognized across the industry for his results-oriented management and leadership skills. As Talon’s Chief Operating Officer since 2006, Joe has been responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Talon’s sales and delivery arms while honoring the firm’s commitment to helping its staff, consultants and clients reach their goals.
His leadership has been integral in Talon achieving numerous industry awards, most recently Clearly Rated’s Best of Staffing, Best Places to Work in New Jersey, and TechServe Alliance Excellence Award. Talon’s tremendous growth under Joe’s direction has landed them a spot on the Inc. 500/5000 list 7 times.
Prior to joining Talon, Joe was a senior program manager for Kelly Vendor Management Solutions where he was chiefly responsible for streamlining Johnson & Johnson’s award-winning JJ PRO VMS program. Prior to that role, Joe was an integral member of the senior team as an associate vice president at Pomerantz Staffing Services (now CoWorx Staffing Services). At Pomerantz, Joe managed operations across multiple regions and functional areas, and played an instrumental role in enhancing the company’s capabilities and driving its growth.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Rider University.
VP of Sales
VP of Sales
As VP of Sales, David leverages his over 20+ years of sales experience as well as his 10 years of experience in IT staffing and sales management to provide premium revenue growth by enhancing the B2B experience for clients while driving strategy and market development. He is responsible for leading and scaling the sales go-to-market strategy efforts, as well as guiding and enhancing Talon’s best in class sales team.
Prior to joining Talon, David served as Vice President of Sales at Randstad Technologies where he was responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts in the Southeast for the $1.5 Billion IT Solutions and Services company. Before that, he held various positions at Veredus, A Hays Company including Area Vice President, Managing Director, and Account Executive where he led his respective regions/markets to successful revenue growth.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Presbyterian College.

Gillian is a dedicated recruiting professional that successfully matches highly qualified IT professionals with amazing opportunities. As a recruiting manager, Gillian focuses on identifying top talent while overseeing a team and mentoring them through the entire candidate lifecycle. The recruiting team she manages is responsible for penetrating the market with state of the art tools and techniques and presenting candidates with incredible opportunities.
Gillian started at Talon as an intern and has spent her entire career with the firm. Her in-depth knowledge of IT markets and ability to truly connect with candidates is what has made Gillian a trusted partner in this industry.
She graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration and marketing from Rider University.
VP of Finance
VP of Finance
As the Company’s VP of Finance, Steve leads the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. In addition, he partners with business operations to provide support for business decisions and strategic goals. Prior to joining Talon, Steve was a Manager in EisnerAmper’s Audit and Assurance Group. His expertise focused on audits for privately held companies and employee benefit plans. Following his time in public accounting, Steve was the Accounting and Payroll Supervisor at International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. His responsibilities included special accounting implementation projects and managing the U.S. Payroll Department.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science with a Concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society. Additionally, Steve proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
As sales manager, Jennifer is responsible for ensuring that Talon’s client facing account executive team is interfacing regularly with our key client accounts, delivering best-in-class customer service at all times and working to consistently grow and develop new business partnerships. She is focused on training, mentoring and developing the account executive team to ensure that they are partnering with Talon’s clients by understanding their cultural needs and educating them and advising them on the current technology market conditions.
Jennifer is a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager with over seven years of experience in the staffing industry. After three years with Talon as an account executive, Jennifer was promoted to sales manager, now responsible for not only developing new business and working with her existing clients, but also leading her own team. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her teammates and clients and does this successfully through her ability to build trust by getting to know them both on a personal and professional level. She joined Talon after spending four years working both as a recruiter and account executive with Adecco Staffing.
Jennifer has been a key contributor in assisting Talon to win Clearly Rated’s Best of Staffing – Client Satisfaction award and is a true promoter of Talon’s C4 culture.
Jennifer graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in family and child studies from Montclair State University

Recruiting Manager / Account Manager
Lori is responsible for ensuring that Talon’s recruiting team delivers best-in-class service to candidates as they search for jobs while meeting our clients’ needs for top talent. She does this by working with her team to identify high demand resources that fit both the cultural and technical components of our clients’ work environments. She works with her team to navigate through the competitive information technology marketplace to find the best talent available. She is focused on quality service and standards as she works to train, develop and mentor her team to find candidates through both traditional and non-traditional sources, while providing top talent and superior service through the application of Talon’s values and cultural standards.
Lori joined Talon in 2007 and has been working as both a senior technical recruiter and account manager in a dual role, helping find top talent, and supporting some of our key clients. She has been integral in helping Talon reach the Inc. 500/5000 numerous times during her tenure with the organization.
Prior to joining Talon, Lori started her career in IT staffing in 1994 with Altair Consulting Group, was the top producing recruiter and was instrumental in growing the company to over 100 consultants. In 2000, Altair merged with another IT staffing firm and the company was renamed VersaTech Consulting. During her additional seven years with this company, she continued to be the top recruiting producer and often interfaced with clients to ensure she provided the perfect candidates.
As the Training Manager, Kyle is responsible for ensuring Talon’s new hires are well versed in the tools of the trade. Talon prides itself on having the best possible tools for Sales, Recruiting and Operations. Kyle prides himself on knowing the technology and processes to help individuals find success early. Often, that’s through the use of a new tool, establishing effective workflow and creating a spot where they will fit within Talon’s commitment to the C4 Culture.
Kyle is a motivated and charismatic recruiter that brings an extremely diverse background to the team and his approach to staffing. With three years of experience within IT staffing, a year of business to consumer sales with a top window manufacturer, and three years with one of the fastest growing solar companies in New Jersey. Kyle is well versed in the ability to adapt, overcome, and succeed. He is passionate about building lasting, mutually beneficial, relationships with clients and consultants through transparent communication, good coaching and honest feedback.
Kyle attributes his ability to think on his feet to his presales career in Mixed Martial Arts. Having competed all over the country in Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA bouts, he believes strong leadership and transparent coaching brings the best out in every individual. He takes that approach when coaching kids karate, working striking with his fighters and helping his colleagues at Talon reach their goals in staffing. “The way you do anything is the way you do everything!”
