Bryan Schurmann
Vice President of Sales
Bryan brings 20 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Services, and Software delivering client-focused solutions linked to customer business strategies and objectives. As Talon’s Vice President of Sales, Bryan is responsible for driving Talon’s organizational sales strategy focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients, consultants, and employees.
Bryan began his career as an IT recruiter and successfully transitioned into sales, sales management, and regional leadership. His IT sales experiences includes providing staffing and consulting at small and medium sized businesses to selling solutions and implementations at the enterprise level.
Prior to joining Talon, Bryan and his teams were responsible for guiding organizations on their journey to achieving business agility through digital transformation and human capital management while at industry leaders such as NTT DATA, CA Technologies, and Kelly Services.
Bryan graduated with a BA in Communications from Muhlenberg College.
