Job Title Regional Manager Technical and Solution Architect
Type Contract to Direct Hire

Location Hybrid, 3 days onsite in East Brunswick, NJ
2 days remote

One of our top clients are looking for a Regional Manager Technical and Solution Architect join their ERP and back office. This individual will be contributing and managing a team of IS professionals, services in developing, implementing, documenting, and supporting application systems across all development platforms.  Core application areas include ERP (AX), Reporting (SSRS), Middle Ware (Biztalk), Database management (SQL), ad hoc Solutions (PowerApps).

  • Identify and control change request lifecycle
  • Connect with and onboard service IS professionals into LVMH P and C systems
  • Provide technical assistance to functional teams in support activities
  • Examine and alert any critical issues
  • Connect with other IS teams to support their system (specific to SQL)
  • Handle upgrade, update requirements with the user and IS community
  • Monitor performances through creation, update of regular KPIs
  • Contribute to Business Continuity activities (DR plan and run)
  • Give guidance to functional teams in designing solutions or solutions evolutions
  • Explore and develop new technologies (e.g., PowerApps)
  • Work on providing architecture, blueprint for new solutions
  • Execute and monitor delivery solutions (e.g., TFS)
  • Proactively propose enhancements to IS community (e.g., BizWatch, Biztalk 360) to reduce workload on recurring issues, redundant problems
  • Give guidance to resolve performance issues
  • Deliver a comprehensive overview of system updates and performances through participation to the regular Flash Report (monthly, quarterly)
  • Communicate proactively to different communities (Users, IS) on system evolutions (new versions, maintenance update), interruptions
  • Manage and guide IS professionals or Service providers to achieve above goals
  • Report and alert ERP, Back Office Director for any escalation, arbitration
  • Work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analyze issues and requests and formalize a synthetic proposal on the technical changes
  • Understand and implement LVMH standard operating procedures
  • Work individually with little supervision and in a team with other department members, users, or consultants
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to animate IS community

Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required
  • Languages related to SQL, MS Dynamics, Biztalk
  • Development lifecycle management
  • Functional skills on Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics is a plus
  • Ideally experienced in international, multi-brands context and knowledge about luxury industry, retail industry
  • Project Agile Methodology
  • Ability to analyze and summarize
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active team player
  • A Degree from a University in Computer Science or related field
  • Fluent spoken and written English (good command of Spanish and French is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience on MS Dynamics AX and SQL, Biztalk experience is a plus
