Talon Professional Services Honored as NJBIZ 2017 Best Places to Work in New Jersey

Princeton, NJ (February 27, 2017) – Talon Professional Services,  a premier national provider of professional IT staffing and services, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2017. This survey and award program identifies, recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Employees are given satisfaction surveys that consist of a variety of questions based on 8 core focus areas from company policies and practices, to benefits, and leadership. Based on the answers given by the employees the Best Companies Groups uses those responses to determine the top companies and final rankings.

The awards program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards reception and ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 5 PM – 8 PM at iPlay America’s Event Center in Freehold, NJ. During the awards ceremony, each company’s ranking will be revealed live on the big screen.

Just this month, Talon was also named a winner of Inavero’s Best of Staffing award for both client and talent services. Fewer than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. & Canada earned the 2017 Best of Staffing Award.
